With fast charging, charging typically takes around 30 minutes to about 80% and around 1 hour to full.
Actual charging time can vary depending on adapter, cable, temperature, and battery condition.
Technology Is there an app for ROCK your BABY?
No. This is a deliberate decision in favor of simplicity and child-focused use.
The device operates without Wi-Fi and without Bluetooth.
Compatibility Does ROCK your BABY work with a stroller?
In most cases, strollers are noticeably stiffer than baby seats or cradles.
This tends to create rough vibration rather than a gentle rocking rhythm. Therefore, we primarily recommend use with freely swinging setups.
Compatibility Does ROCK your BABY fit every baby seat?
ROCK your BABY is compatible with many standard baby seats when they can swing freely.
Practical check: if the seat swings at least four times after a gentle nudge, the setup is usually suitable.
On very soft surfaces, the rocking effect can be too weak.
Compatibility Does ROCK your BABY work with every cradle?
The mounting direction should be possible at roughly 90 degrees to the rocking direction.
In addition, cradle plus child should swing freely at least four times after a light nudge.
Very stiff or highly damped systems are less suitable.
Safety What is the maximum weight?
We test up to 10 kg so children up to around 9 kg can be rocked safely.
Not only weight matters: a suitable freely swinging setup is decisive.
Battery runtime Which surface is ideal and how does it affect battery runtime?
Hard, even floors such as tile, parquet, or laminate are typically optimal.
There, the system works more efficiently and battery runtime is usually longer. On softer surfaces, the effect can be reduced.
Safety May I leave my baby unattended while rocking?
No. ROCK your BABY may only be used within your field of view and under active supervision.
Safety What should I do if my baby cries or becomes unsettled while rocking?
Stop immediately and attend to your baby right away.
Check your baby's needs and the setup. Not every situation benefits from movement. Safety and direct care always come first.
Sounds How loud should soothing sounds be set?
Always start very quietly.
Because the speaker is close to the baby, low volume is usually sufficient.
Compatibility How can I identify an unsuitable setup?
If the seat or cradle does not swing freely, stops very quickly, tilts, or feels more like shaking than rocking, the setup is unsuitable.
In that case, do not continue and adjust location and setup.
Everyday use Can I use the system while traveling or on vacation?
Yes, the system is portable.
At each new location, briefly check stability, swing behavior, and safe use.
